Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year related customer experience and sales experience.
• Strong dedication and motivation to achieving sales, service and operational results.
• Ability to produce individual and team sales and customer experience results.
• Ability to focus on customer financial needs and align with customer priorities.
• Knowledge of financial services industry and local community.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with accuracy in handling transactions.
• Comfortable using technology software to process transactions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Aptitude to read, understand and apply regulations and branch procedures.
• Ability to travel for training and between branches.

Responsibilities

• Drive best in class branch experience in service, sales and operations.
• Develop new and existing relationships using the customer engagement model.
• Create daily plan to deepen relationships and maintain service standards.
• Partner with Branch Manager to meet service, sales and operational goals.
• Model the Renasant service standards in every interaction.
• Resolve customer issues by owning the problem and liaising with the bank.
• Identify additional needs from customer interactions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain partnerships with other lines of business for profitable relationships.
• Participate in community activities as a representative of Renasant Bank.
• Serve as back-up Teller or Head Teller if needed.
• Ensure documentation is complete for all solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on regulations, policies and procedures.
