Qualifications

• Strong dedication to achieving sales, service, and operational results
• Ability to build relationships and meet customer needs
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and local community

Responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class branch experience across service, sales, and operations.
• Develop relationships and execute daily plan to deepen customer relationships.
• Partner with Branch Manager to achieve service, sales, and operational goals.
• Model Renasant service standards in every interaction.
• Resolve customer issues and act as liaison between customer and bank.
• Identify additional needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain partnerships with other lines of business to drive profitable relationships.
• Participate in community activities representing the bank.
• Serve as back-up Teller or Head Teller when needed.
• Stay up-to-date on regulations, policies, and procedures related to Personal Banker roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
