Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of cash handling and customer service experience preferred for banking or retail.

• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently make referrals.
• Proficiency with banking systems and digital platforms, including mobile/online banking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to understand goals and offer solutions.
• Process routine servicing inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Refer customers to Personal Bankers or lending specialists for new accounts and loans.
