Qualifications

• Prior banking or retail financial services experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and make referrals.
• Working knowledge of deposit products and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming service across in person, phone, and digital channels.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to Personal Bankers or lending specialists for new accounts and loans.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Educate customers on digital tools such as mobile and online banking and e-statements.
• Support branch sales and referral goals through disciplined engagement and follow-up.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and protect customer data.
