Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a Customer Service/Teller to handle a wide range of customer transactions, balance cash drawers, and provide product information in Magnolia Plaza/The Villages area. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and identifying sales opportunities to support branch goals.

The position requires a High School diploma, 6 months cash handling and retail/financial services experience, and flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months cash handling experience.
• 6 months retail sales/financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• PC proficiency with desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones; MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of customer transactions including check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy.
• Provide product and service information and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to support branch goals and customer needs.
• Adhere to AML/BSA requirements and bank policies; maintain security and risk controls.
• Follow Code of Conduct and safety procedures; may have vault responsibilities.
