Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Process checks, cash and the sale of negotiable instrument transactions according to bank policies.
• Ensure branch adheres to AML/BSA requirements and audit procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Follow management directions to resolve objections and maintain customer relationships.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct and safety procedures.
• May be assigned vault responsibilities.
