Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum of 6 months retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional non-bank hours.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with initiative.
• Proficient with desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of customer transactions, including check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawers and provide product and service information.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to meet branch goals.
• Build rapport and document customer financial goals.
• Explain Seacoast Bank products and services clearly.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to AML/BSA, audit, and security procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop proficiency in outbound calling and cross-sell opportunities.
