• Support strategies to grow the small business client base and implement sales plans.
• Deliver outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen client relationships through product cross-sell.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs, identifying client needs and referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and digital capabilities; present financial solutions.
