Job summary

Citi in San Francisco is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker under the SAFE Act. You will support sales and service activities, work with customers to build loyalty and increase client relationships.

This role coordinates with the customer service team to drive cross-sell of banking products and services. Responsibilities include handling small business referrals, coaching branch staff, and ensuring compliance with Citi policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales and service activities to foster customer relationships.
• Recognize and refer larger lending opportunities and cross-sell treasury and related products.
• Support growth of small business client base through targeted sales plans.
• Provide client services via outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
