Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in sales and service activities to build loyalty.
• Work with small loan requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities.
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Develop referral opportunities through COIs and MGM programs.
• Provide client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and digital options; promote product offers.
