• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.

Aufgaben

• Work with business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities.
• Build referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and MGM program.
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans for Book of Business customers.
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships via cross-sell of products.
• Provide coaching to tellers and branch staff on products and programs with referrals.
• Recognize client needs, educate on service and digital channels, and present product offers and financial solutions.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies and risk controls, escalating issues transparently.
