Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with small business lending requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities.
• Build referrals through Centers of Influence and MGM program.
• Grow small business client base with targeted sales plans.
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Coach tellers and branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals.
• Educate clients on services and digital channels and present offers.
• Comply with Citibank policies and risk management.
• Assess risk and uphold firm reputation and assets with ethical conduct.
