Responsibilities

• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, loan payments, and account openings/closings.
• Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and refer customers.
• Meet and exceed referral production goals set by retail leadership.
• Reconcile cash drawers at end of shift; count coins and currency; report discrepancies.
• Track, record, and store transactional information and special requests.
• Provide friendly, high-level customer service and secure handling.
• Comply with bank policy, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
