F&M Bank is seeking a qualified teller to join our team. You will handle customer transactions, build product referrals, and support branch goals with accuracy, courtesy, and security. Work with a team to process daily tasks and maintain compliance with banking procedures.

The role emphasizes trust, precision, and a focus on customer satisfaction in a community bank setting. Monday–Saturday shifts and occasional extended hours may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Handle account transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing accounts.
• Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and refer customers to branch representatives.
• Meet and exceed referral production goals as set by retail leadership.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency to head teller
• Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.
• Provide a high level of customer service, providing answers and assistance with a smile.
• Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulatory compliance that apply to position.
• Other duties as assigned.
