Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle account transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments.
• Identify customer needs, provide information on products, and refer customers to branch representatives.
• Meet and exceed referral production goals as set by retail leadership.
• Reconcile cash drawers at shift end, count coins and currency, and handle excess/damaged currency.
• Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.
• Provide high level customer service with a cheerful, helpful attitude.
• Comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
