F&M Bank is seeking a qualified bank teller to join our team in Findlay, OH. Tellers handle customer transactions, build relationships, and promote bank products while maintaining accuracy and security.

The ideal candidate will have banking experience, strong math and computer skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to compliance and customer service. Work schedule includes Monday through Saturday with possible extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle account transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing accounts.
• Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and refer customers to branch representatives.
• Meet and exceed referral production goals as set by retail leadership.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency to head teller.
• Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.
• Provide a high level of customer service, providing answers and assistance with a smile.
• Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulatory compliance that apply to position.
• Other duties as assigned.
