The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and community engagement. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, handle transactions, and contribute to deposits, retention, and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related customer experience and sales experience required.
• Strong dedication and motivation to achieving sales, service, and operational results.
• Ability to travel for training and between branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive a best-in-class branch experience in service, sales, and operations.
• Develop daily plans to deepen customer relationships and ensure service standards.
• Partner with Branch Manager to meet service, sales, and operational goals.
• Execute and model Renasant service standards in every interaction.
• Resolve customer issues by owning problems and liaising with the bank.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Maintain strong partnerships with other lines of business to grow relationships.
• Support back-up Teller or Head Teller duties when required.
