• Ability to travel for training and between branches.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a best in class branch experience in service execution, sales execution and operational excellence.
• Develop new and existing relationships to grow deposits and referrals.
• Create daily plans for deepening customer relationships and service consistency.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to meet service, sales and operations goals.
• Identify customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Maintain partnerships with other lines of business to enhance customer relationships.
• Ensure proper documentation and account maintenance compliance.
