Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher education.
• Experience in a sales environment; financial industry a plus.
• Ability to develop comfort with acquiring new household acquisitions and deepening customer relationships.
• Ability to represent the bank professionally in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in an assigned book of business through proactive outreach.
• Use a consultative approach with customers to uncover needs and tailor recommendations/solutions.
• Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and processes offered.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer needs and resolve problems.
• Analyze customer credit data and other financial information to ensure appropriate solutions.
• Provide customer support reinforcing the value of current and new technology.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
