Huntington in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to retain and grow consumer and business relationships by understanding financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will proactively identify opportunities, provide exceptional service, and educate customers on digital banking tools while adhering to all policies and procedures. Flexible in-office work arrangements are possible; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred with 1+ year in customer service or sales in banking/financial services.
• Strong ability to build and deepen customer relationships and explain banking products.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Grow customer relationships through proactive engagement and referrals.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking tools and services.
• Promote appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products to meet customer goals.
