Job summary

You will deliver exceptional service, identify opportunities to expand client relationships through appointments and referrals, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and ensure strict adherence to policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year in customer service and sales in banking.
• Fingerprint-based background check required under NMLS regulations.
• Licenses and regulatory compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Proactively grows relationships via appointments, referrals, and partnerships.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Explain and promote online, mobile, and ATM banking tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
