Job summary

Truist West Palm Beach is seeking a Regular Retail Banker to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle funds with care while delivering superior service.

You will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) support, helping clients meet their financial needs and goals. The role requires flexibility, weekend hours, and the ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling and courteous conversation, performing transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
