Job summary

Truist Wealth in Florida is seeking a regular full-time team member to provide timely client transactions and exceptional service. You will educate clients on online banking, support sales outreach, and uphold strong IRM practices to meet client financial needs.

The role requires weekend availability and ability to travel as needed, with a focus on accuracy and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling and courteous conversation, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound client outreach, checking offers, identifying needs and referring to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge by attending trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, procedures and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling volume per branch demands.
