Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time associate to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and safeguard monies. You will educate clients on digital banking and support outbound calling and IRM activities to boost service quality.

Responsibilities include handling complex transactions with assistance, adhering to controls, and assisting with new account openings while meeting branch needs. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with some travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and processing diverse transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Assist as secondary contact for new accounts and resolve issues as needed.
