Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as required for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experiences and handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound client outreach and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advance product knowledge to better serve clients and prospects.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
