Job summary

Truist is hiring a Regular/Full-Time position in the United States. You will provide timely and accurate client transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and support sales through outbound outreach while aligning with IRM activities.

Emphasis on service quality and robust recordkeeping. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to work weekends or longer hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including client interaction.
• Ability to use PC software and basic office tools.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to enhance service.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk policies.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
