Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for convenient banking.
• Learn products, procedures, and regulatory requirements to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
