JPMorgan Chase seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver warm, knowledgeable service while leveraging modern banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, guiding them to appropriate products and services to meet financial needs.

The role requires strong communication, sales experience in retail banking, and compliance with banking regulations. Some licenses may be required, with a structured program provided by the company after hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to tailor product and service recommendations to client needs.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must meet regulatory requirements and licensing timelines.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
