Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in California is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial solutions to meet clients' needs.

You will represent the brand with hospitality, leverage technology, and collaborate with experts on specialized financial needs, while adhering to banking regulations and branch hours, including some weekends.

Qualifications

• SIE, FINRA 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire with company support.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Experience in Retail Banking sales and client relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
