Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in California is hiring a Relationship Banker to build and manage meaningful client relationships in a Chase branch.

You will deliver hospitality, leverage digital tools, and tailor financial solutions to address client needs, while representing the brand and culture with integrity. The role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to work weekend hours; licensing requirements must be achieved within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person or by phone.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and collaborate with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
