Job summary

You’ll drive customer satisfaction by processing transactions, recommending digital tools, and collaborating with colleagues to tailor solutions. The role offers 40 hours per week, varied shifts including weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and trusted advice.
• Offer financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Help customers set financial goals and tailor solutions.
• Promote digital and mobile banking tools and assist with app usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Adhere to all bank policies and regulatory requirements, including cash handling.
