Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs and build relationships with customers.
• Proven ability to use digital tools to support business goals.
• Able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking apps and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all bank policies and cash handling procedures.
