Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Must have high school degree or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses; licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
