Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teller/relations associate in the United States. The role focuses on providing a distinctive client experience, handling transactions, and educating clients on digital banking tools.

You will support sales outreach, participate in IRM activities, and adhere to internal controls while serving as a secondary contact for new accounts. The position requires availability for extended hours and some travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; may include locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with some travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience; handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support team sales through outbound calls; identify needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
