Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service while managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and usage of self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and team mates.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies.
