Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or financial services sales.
• 6+ Months Customer service experience in high volume environment.
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience.
• Established relationship-building skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
