Responsibilities

• Growth and Business Development: acquire and deepen customer relationships.
• Respond to needs and transition branch visits into relationship-building opportunities.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule relationship reviews and new business.
• Support branch revenue through small business development and referrals.
• Maintain BSA/CIP compliance and accurate documentation.
• Travel to other branches within the region for staffing and training.
