Job summary

Truist in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Regular full-time teller/service associate to deliver accurate client transactions and exceptional service. You will educate clients on digital banking and support outbound outreach and IRM activities.

Responsibilities include handling complex transactions with guidance, adherence to controls, and cross-training across sales and service. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training; adhere to policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
