Job summary

Truist Bank in Lexington, KY is seeking a customer-focused Teller/Service Associate to provide a distinctive client experience. You will conduct transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support sales through outreach while applying strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities include handling routine to complex transactions, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IRM activities.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
Attend sales, service and product knowledge trainings and meetings.
Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
