Job summary

Truist in Louisville, KY is seeking a customer-focused teller/relationship assistant. You will handle transactions, guide clients to digital banking, and support sales through outbound calls.

The role emphasizes accurate records, compliance, and friendly service, with opportunities to learn IRM and cross-train for broader responsibilities. Regular shifts include evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including temporary assignments or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling a range of transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and meetings to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
