Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell conversations that deepen client relationships.
• Calling leads, visiting businesses to offer workplace banking, and developing referral networks to create sales opportunities.
• Achieving daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities.
• Learning processes like transactions, cash drawer management, and bank documentation in compliance with industry and legal standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
