• Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell conversations to deepen client relationships.
• Call leads, visit businesses to offer workplace banking, and develop referral networks.
• Achieve daily key performance metrics while balancing priorities.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash drawer, and bank documentation to industry standards.
