• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to convert every customer interaction into an opportunity to learn more about their financial goals.
• Individually creating and managing a successful loan pipeline with strong closing conversions through prospecting and cross-selling loans.
• Creating sales opportunities and growing the customer base using product knowledge and referrals.
• Learning processes like transactions, cash drawer handling, and bank documentation to standards.
• Challenging daily KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience.
