Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for a frontline role at a Financial Center to greet clients, uncover personal banking needs, offer solutions, and connect clients with specialists. You will deepen client relationships and support self-service or transactional activities while maintaining exceptional client care.

The position involves outbound outreach, consistent follow-up, and the potential to train at one center before relocating to another within commuting distance, per business needs and applicable

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a client-centric environment.
• In lieu of sales experience, six months in related Bank of America RM/ADP roles acceptable.
• Strong work ethic with results focus and client-first attitude.
• Collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships across teams.
• Shows passion and commitment to improving clients’ financial lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide consumer and small business solutions by partnering with teams.
• Educate clients on self-service transactions and digital tools.
• Leverage resources and processes to optimize client experience and accuracy.
• Follow processes, laws, and guidelines in day-to-day activities (opening accounts, maintenance).
• Manage client interactions and act in the bank’s best interest with regulatory compliance.
