Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch in Ohio to represent the bank, deliver outstanding service, and build lasting client relationships using the latest banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet their needs.

The role requires effective communication, the ability to tailor product features, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Weekend and some evenings hours are expected as part of branch operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; all unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC's licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust by asking questions and listening.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help with banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to our team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
