Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with policies.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Complete SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Use clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile apps and online banking.
