Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience recommended.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to multi-task and use basic PC software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate, courteous service.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking tools.
• Support sales by outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management concepts.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and risk management practices.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
