Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Universal Banker II to drive new business and expand existing relationships. You will engage customers across in-person, phone, and digital channels, handling deposits, servicing accounts, and referring products to Personal Bankers or lending specialists.

You’ll balance cash, identify fraud signals, ensure onboarding compliance, and support branch goals through proactive referrals and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years banking, customer service or cash handling experience.
• Experience opening consumer deposit accounts preferred.
• Knowledge of deposit products, digital tools and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and recommend solutions.
