Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years related experience and/or training or two years in a relationship sales role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills – in person and over the phone – with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs.
• Comfortable educating others on technology and digital banking tools.
• Professional, thorough and organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Performs well in a team environment and proactively collaborates with others to serve customers.

• Provide teller services while also opening and maintaining accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly and accurately; resolve and escalate where needed.
• Engage customers to identify financial needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Promote digital banking tools to increase convenience and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through high-quality service.
• Refer customers to lending, treasury, and mortgage partners as appropriate.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and account setups while complying with policies.
