Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years related experience and/or training or two years in a relationship sales role.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to learn bank products, services and procedures quickly.
• Professional, thorough, and organized with strong follow-up.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller services while also opening and maintaining accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly and accurately, taking ownership through resolution.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify financial needs and suggest solutions.
• Refer customers to specialized partners (lending, treasury, trust, mortgage) as appropriate.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and account setups while adhering to compliance standards.
